I watched both jumps Carter did at Westgate Speedway in Peterborough back in 1983. My dad was a fire fighter who removed him from the car and we lived 1/2 mile from the pond...
Just wondering if anyone has any footage of the Peterborough jumps as I was on 7-8 years old...
I was Ken Carters Mechanic for three years on the road, and Bobby LaChance (chance) introduced me to him when I lived in Ft.Lauderdale Fla and was working with Bobby at The Amoco station on Oakland Park Blvd, and theTexaco Station we worked at, then later at D.A.F. auto repair on dixie hwy. I used to "set-up" his jump cars and ramps. Looking for anyone who would have a copy of CBS Sports Spectacular with Ken Squire when we jumped in Odessa Tx and CBS filmed it, even old pics of the chevy take off ramp truck with my name on the driver side door Steve "superwrench" Bilach. I would love to know if they did could have been in the 50s or 60s before I was born in 1960 . I have some photos and paper back type flyers if any one would like to see them or have any stories to tell from back then I would like to hear about them any time !

into it when i turned 18...my father has told me about your father joey and doug danger along with
the rest from back when he started doing daredevil stunts...
